ELECTION DAY!!!

Our last two days in amsterdam where a blast...the anne frank house was so incredibly moving...i just wandered through the exhibit wanting to cry...each room is empty except for a few personal articles, video clips and selections from her diary...we never made it to the heineken brewery, but all in all amsterdam was a really great experience...if i can, i'll post some pictures...
well, today is election day in the U.S.....Woo hoo...i hope everyone in the states went and voted today...it's so nice to think that this whole debacle will be over in 24 hours (hopefully...unless there's some huge Diebolt scandal)...obviously, i want Kerry to win, but at this point i just want to think and talk about something else...
Unfortunately, i didn't make it to Paris today...after Amsterdam, i really need to rest, and an all-night extravaganza in Paris just didn't sound appealing...so i will be watching the election results chez moi...hopefully this time tomorrow, Kerry will be the president elect, and French people everywhere will stop asking me about Bush....
